Below is our preferred selection process, this can be tailored to meet our clients specific needs.
- Telephone interview candidates with relevant experience and education
- Send over job specification and company brief to candidates who have passed the first stage.
- 2nd Telephone interview candidates after they have received the above and gain their knowledge of the role and the company
- Face to Face interview candidates who have successfully passed stages 1&2.
- Select the candidates with the right experience, education and personality. Send CV's to the client, enclosing a personal profile of each candidate.
